Healthy skin in Ramadan Ul-Mubark

Healthy skin in Ramadan Ul-Mubark

Ramadan, the holy month is just around the corner, and since we like to take fast food and our skin loses its luster. The sudden change in our routine diet and reduce the intake of water causes the skin to lose moisture and elasticity, so that it seems that we are bored and tired during the holy month. However, there is a solution to your skin glow, even if you fast:
1 Steer clear of make-up. Needless to say that makeup and Ramadan do not mix. Take the holy month as an opportunity to give your skin a break from all the harmful chemicals in cosmetics.
Two. Drink 8 glasses of water throughout the day. Water will not only keep you hydrated and moisturize the skin; it will also help you feel fuller longer. So instead of soda and juice, keep a bottle of water in hand every day.
Three. Clean, scrub and clays. This should be your regular facial routine, but in Ramadan make sure that you follow through with this want. It's hot, is to shed its skin and its pores are likely to be open, so that by following these three steps, you can be sure to prevent outbreaks during the hot summer months.
April. Snack on the fiber. Foods rich in fiber helps to repair your skin. From fruits and vegetables to nuts and fish, essential oils in these food groups act as healers skin so sure that some squeeze in daily Iftar.
. 5 for a word: yogurt. It not only helps in digestion, yogurt is a food rich in protein that nourishes the skin, if you Iftar and eat up sohoor or contact directly as a facial mask.
Remember, fasting does not mean that your face must also starve. Nourish the skin, follow your regular beauty routine and only drink a little more water than normal, just to be sure. Happy Ramadan.
